About The French Honeybee
Born in France and raised in a kitchen filled with the scent of warm butter, rising brioche, and delicate pastries, the heart behind The French Honeybee grew up watching her mother create extraordinary French desserts from scratch. Baking wasn’t just food — it was tradition, artistry, and love passed down through generations.
After bringing her roots to East Tennessee, she began a small farm devoted to organic, locally sourced ingredients — believing that the finest pastries begin with the finest ingredients. What started as sharing authentic French breads and pâtisserie at the local farmer’s market quickly became something more. The community fell in love — lining up early, selling out quickly, and asking for more.
Now, as the only authentic French bakery in the area, The French Honeybee is opening its doors to bring a true taste of France to East Tennessee — thoughtfully made, organically grown, and baked fresh each day.

Quality, local, organic ingredients: We are proud to use organic flour (glyphosate-free), raw cane sugar, whole milk and European quality butter. We will never use seed oils or bad ingredients.
